It was an all Rose night of wines and the pairings were exquisite. The courses were intricately composed with the most delicious ingredients coming together with balance and flavor. The selections from the cellars -- of which I can easily say -- must be one of the premier private collections anywhere --- were the perfect complement to each course. We were all overwhelmed with the sumptuous and unforgettable wine dinner including appreciating the efforts that Laurie and John put forth to welcome us with their warmth and hospitality in their magnificent home.
