Pere Ventura.

This estate in the Penedes region dates to 1898 when Ventura Vendrell’s great grandfather Manuel Montserrat Font was at the forefront of the birth of Cava.  Pere Ventura founded the winery in 1992 in St. Sadurni d’Anoia, south of Barcelona, the capital of Cava.  Ventura produces Cava of fine quality, elegance and personality, savvy sipping sparklers from traditional grape varieties, Xarel-lo, Parellada, Maccabeo and Trepat.
